When will my order ship?

My tracking number isn’t updating—what should I do?
It can take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear after your order ships. If it hasn’t updated after that, contact us at prismshop@gmail.com.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at prismshop@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to update it.
